That moment in the movie, and book, when your heart breaks into a million pieces and anything Charlie does becomes okay because you just want to give him a hug and tell him everything is going to be alright.
That moment in the book, when I felt bad for Charlie but not bad enough to forget that I strongly dislike him as a character. That’s a human emotion.
